Moving Bridge Construction
Engineered steel base with supporting ribs and gussets. Heat-treated for stabilization, designed for maximum rigidity and torsional strength.
Dual-Zone Worktable
4,840 × 1,540 mm (190.5" × 60.6") phenolic surface with two independent vacuum zones and a removable center safety wall for continuous production.
HSD ES 779 Spindle
10 kW (13 hp) liquid-cooled spindle, 1,000–24,000 rpm. Ceramic bearings, HSK 63F interface with double-lock safety, hose cleaning, and alignment sensors.
16-Tool ATC
Bridge-mounted automatic tool changer with 16 HSK 63F holders (CCT treated), lock nuts, and collets from 3–25 mm.
OSAI CNC Control
Open-system industrial PC with 6-axis control, 17" touch-screen LCD, step-by-step mode, helical interpolation, and background editing.
Linear Motion Guides
35 mm hardened guide rails on X/Y axes, 25 mm on Z. Preloaded roller bearings with rack & pinion drive and automatic backlash compensation.
Full Machine Enclosure
Two CNC-controllable front doors, fully enclosed sides and back. Removable center safety wall for simultaneous load/unload operation.
Refrigeration & Cooling
Forced liquid cooling maintains spindle temperature between 24–27°C. Air conditioning unit keeps electrical cabinet below 35°C.
Included Extras
Jog pendant, polar axis mechanical braking, automatic tool touch-off, Z-axis pneumatic balancing, LED illumination, and automatic oil lubrication.
